Once the product is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

For services like the Voxer Day, all bookings are also non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time with 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the session.
