Terms & Conditions for Digital Products

Welcome to The Menstrual Maven, operated by Amber R Adams (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or accessing any of our digital products, including our Ebook Cycle Syncing Success: The Maven Method™ and/or associated services such as the Voxer Day session.

By accessing or purchasing any of our content or offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Product Use

The Cycle Syncing Success Ebook and all associated downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the content without written permission.

All rights are reserved. This includes any designs, text, branding, or frameworks outlined within.

2. Digital Product Delivery

The Ebook is delivered digitally via email and/or download link immediately after successful payment is processed. No physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and that your device supports PDF viewing or digital document access. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or lack of device compatibility.

4. No Guarantees

We make every effort to ensure our products are high quality and deliver valuable insights. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, business outcomes, or symptom improvements. Each individual’s journey is unique.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital offers, including Ebooks, templates, or Voxer Day sessions.

6. Voxer Day Scheduling

When you purchase a Voxer Day as part of the upsell from the Ebook or via a direct booking link, you are responsible for scheduling your session within 30 days of purchase.

If your session is not scheduled within 30 days, your booking may be forfeited without refund. We recommend booking your session as soon as possible to secure your preferred day.

Please note:

We do not guarantee specific time slots or availability, and scheduling is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reschedules are allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you do not show up for the scheduled session or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials are protected by copyright and trademark law. You agree not to copy, distribute, or claim the content as your own. Violations may result in legal action.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued access to our products implies acceptance of any updated Terms.
